1 November 2007 - Staff wellbeing is key to school success

In the first UK study of its kind, average levels of teacher wellbeing within schools has been found to have a clear and consistent linked to pupil performance as assessed by SATs and value-added measures.

CareerWise 33 looked at the Programme in Sandwell in the West Midlands. This is no longer available on the site, but contact us if you'd like a copy.
