Worklife Support - Working with Schools

Our Work in Education

“If we can’t look after the people who look after the children, who’s going to look after the children?”
Headteacher, Kings Lynn

Worklife Support understands education.

We have used our specialist knowledge to tailor our programmes to meet the specific needs of schools and other educational institutions.

We have developed a team of consultants with many years’ experience of working in the sector – they are experts in delivering practical solutions to improve the wellbeing of education staff.

Worklife Support for you - the employee assistance programme supports individual colleagues, while the Well-Being programme addresses organisational wellbeing.

Headspace offers dedicated support to headteachers.

"If you want to put the children first,
you first have to put the children second.”
Local authority officer

We all know that working in a school can be one of the most rewarding jobs there is, but it does not come without its challenges. If staff are healthy, motivated and supported, they are able to work at their best - even during the most challenging times.

Worklife Support was originally established in 1999 by the national charity Teacher Support Network. To date, we have worked with more than 3,000 schools and other educational establishments across the UK.
