Worklife Support - supporting charities

Our Work with the Not-for-Profit Sector

The wide variety of challenges faced by charities and other not-for-profit organisations mean that it has never been more important to ensure the health, wellbeing and commitment of your employees.

Worklife Support partners with the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) to provide services to charities and other not-for-profit organisations.

This unique partnership combines ACEVO’s understanding of this crucial sector with Worklife Support’s expertise in staff wellbeing and organisational performance.

More than 100 not-for-profit organisations comprising more than 5,000 employees are currently participating in a range of Worklife Support programmes – and this network is expanding.

The key support available through the ACEVO partnership is our Employee Assistance Programme. The Worklife Support EAP is one of the most cost-effective ways of supporting your staff.

For a small per-head charge, all staff members are given 24/7 access to a specialist team of advisers and counsellors who can help them resolve a variety of personal and work-related issues.

“Our EAP has helped us to maintain both a low turnover and low sickness absence levels in some of the most challenging times. As the Group goes through a period of massive change and development, it is more important than ever to emphasis to staff the support services that we provide.”
David Blackburn,
Director of HR & Business Support, Housing Association, London
