The Well-Being Survey is an integral part of the Well-Being Programme but we are now able to offer access as a stand-alone offering.

The Survey provides invaluable data and insights into the wellbeing and effectiveness of your organisation which can be used to underpin development plans and feed into self-evaluation processes.

It is also a first step in an employer’s duty of care providing:

• A genuine means of consultation for all staff and a framework from which they can assess their own working practices and work-life balance.
• Invaluable data for the senior leadership team on the current wellbeing of the organisation with insights into areas that may need further exploration.

How it works

We can supply either just access to the Survey or offer consultancy both on how to run the Survey and get a good response rate (our average for primary schools is well over 70%). We can offer support on how to understand and feed back the Data Profile and what you should do next.
